Oliver was rescued from our local TNR project area as a kitten with his sister Lavender.
Oliver is a special needs kitty. He does not scratch humans but he is avoidant; it’s not likely that you will be able to pet him or pick him up for a while until he trusts you.
If you have patience, you can play with him and he will respond positively. He also loves treats and will respond enthusiastically to anyone offering them.
