ZZZ [ADOPTED] Jayce (Re-named Clark)

Gender Male
Status Adopted

ADOPTED 1/23/2019

Jayce was just seven weeks old when he was found abandoned in a parking lot in Aizu-Wakamatsu, Fukushima.  Both his hind legs were severely damaged, and he appeared partially paralysed.  X rays indicated an injured spine and nerve damage, however, we have no idea what kind of trauma may have led to his condition.  Although his initial prognosis was poor, with the care and dedication of our volunteer team, over time Jayce has made a remarkable recovery.  His nerve damage seems to have repaired itself, and the little kitten that used to drag his back legs behind him now runs, jumps, and plays like any other kitten.  No one who who meets him would ever guess his incredible story!  This baby boy is a fighter and his transformation is truly a miracle.

Jayce loves to play with his kitten friends.  He definitely takes advantage of his new-found mobility and spends his days wrestling and playing tag with the other cats.  He is very friendly and loves to cuddle.  Jayce is currently staying at a foster home in Tokyo, but can be available for adoption in other parts of Japan.
