Chizu was rescued from a TNR colony near the Kamo River in Kyoto, along with her two brothers, Husky and Mochi-Mochi.   She is an adorable  and very friendly little girl,  who loves having fun and being around her favourite humans.  Although Chizu is an independent cat, she is definitely not against lots of cuddles with the right person!  She is always on the lookout for a comfy place to relax, and is a magnet for soft blankets.  This girl loves her treats!  Chizu tends to be very sensitive to change, and needs an understanding family that is willing to give her the time and space she will require to adjust to a new home.  Chizu is worth it, though!   She has shown herself to be much more relaxed and confident alongside her best friend, Larissa, so we would love to see these two placed together.  Chizu is currently staying at the JCN shelter in Kyoto, but can be available for foster care or adoption in other parts of Japan.
