Description

Chacha was rescued from inside a restricted area of the 30 km zone in the spring of  2012.  He was in bad shape, and could barely walk.  Every few steps, he would fall down and collapse.  He was wearing a faded blue collar, but the writing had long since rubbed off, and we have never been able to identify where he came from.  Chacha has since recovered and just enjoys living life!  He can sometimes be a bit aggressive towards other dogs, however, he loves people and eagerly greets each of the volunteers and visitors that arrive at the shelter. He gets along well with his canine buddy, Addy,  and the two look forward to going on several long walks each day.  Chacha is a friendly boy, who quickly and easily befriends everyone he meets. Chacha is currently staying at the JCN shelter in Inawashiro, but can be available for adoption in other parts of Japan.
